ORA-26652: Capture string did not start properly and is currently in state string

Cause: An attempt to restart a capture process failed.

Action: Review V$STREAMS_CAPTURE view for the state of the capture process. Also check the trace files for more information.

ORA-26652错误是由于通道捕获进程中通道捕获未能正确启动，当前状态处于异常。

官方解释:

ORA-26652：通道捕获字符串没有正确启动，当前状态是string

比较常见的情况是DBLINK exists，但没有被MGMT SERVER实例级别的选项MANAGE_GOLDENGATE_SUBSCRIBER = TRUE启用。因此未成功注册，而channel startup时检查不到这个链接，从而ORA-26652错误产生。

正常处理方法及步骤:

1. 使用dba_db_links表检查是否存在此dblink链接；

2. 在核心实例中运行命令

SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET MANAGE_GOLDENGATE_SUBSCRIBER=TRUE;

3. 重新启动拥有此dblink链接的实例；

4. 执行 ALTER CHANNEL command 启动通道；

5.如果仍旧不成功，可以重启捕获和重发进程来解决这个问题。
