1，重做未应用到standby的redo日志回滚段。

2，检查主库字典有没有脏，如果发现字典脏，就采取紧急措施解决这一问题。

3，停止两个数据库，把主库和standby数据库共用一套redo log文件，然后重启两个数据库，并确保standby能够正确的apply redo日志。

4，回滚主库上的所有修改，确保数据完整性，重做所有的更新或事务。

5，重新做hot backup，用在主库上，然后再应用redo日志到standby数据库。

6，重新打开两个数据库，并恢复正常的数据库事务。
