ORA-08191: Flashback Table operation is not supported on remote tables

Cause: An attempt was made to perform Flashback Table operation on a remote table. This is not permitted.

Action: Do not perform a Flashback Table operation on remote tables.

这个错误表明Oralce不支持在远程表上使用Flashback Table这个操作，官方解释为这是一个内部限制，SQL语句到Oracle数据库内部时，必须针对给定的表进行flashback操作，但是远程表具有跨数据库访问的能力，而flashback操作是不能越界进行的。

常见情况下该错误是由于使用了Flashback Table类型操作，但是该表在另一台服务器上。正常处理方法及步骤应该是，将表从另一台服务器拷贝到 local 服务器并在 local，将表建立为flash表中，这样就可以正常使用Flashback Table类型的操作了。
